I wanna work in Whistler where is one of most famous resort in the world. And I wanna be a member of balckcombw where is core of whistler. Q.여기 떨어지면 어떻할꺼냐? A. I haven't thought that. I really want to work in here. It' the reason why i came here. I don't wanna miss this kind of important and precious chance. Q.전에 일하던 가계는 어땠냐 ?손님은 많았냐?바뻣냐? A. it was good. I worked hard and had a good relationship with supervisor and co-workes. TA - It was a good chance to have good time together with many student. Also i learned about how to organize and coordinate. YBM - I could learnd that how to work to the customer's own satisfaction. Q.언제 까지 일할수 있냐? A. I want to work to the next winter season. Both of Winter and summer season would be great to me. <> 1. Tell me about yourself. I am very comfortable working as part of a team and I am highly motivated. => I am resourceful, sociable and professional and also enjoy communication with customers in friendly, professional manner. 2. Tell me about a time when you worked in a team. => When I was working in APEC Education Festival, I was a captin of Media support team. We need more workers but it doesn't. So we had to work hard and cover for each other and could finished the festival so successivly. And then we became a good friend and we hang out together till now. 3. Tell me about a time when you had a problem with a customer and what was the problem, How did you try to solve it? => When i was working as a TA in cultural exchang program, Every attandatn had to stay in dorm. and There is a curfew, comeback until 12 am and don't enter female/male's room. But one Aus students can't understand the curfew. When i said to him back to his room, he didn't respect me and yell at me. may be he was a little bit drunken. So I pursuade him slowly again, and again. I expain about that curfew and Diffrent culture. A couple of minutes later, he understand me and there is no problem about curfew again. 4. Tell me about a time when you exceeded customer's expectation => When i was working as an Assistant of public relations at YBM, one of customer wanted to refund but it couldn't because it's late. but she insist that she didn't know that strongly. but she was late. But i tryed to find another way, so i asked to my supervisor and then asked to headquater. After all i found alternitive solution for her. It was postpone to next semester. She was satisfied with that and we could say good-bye with smile. 5. Tell me about a time when you showed initiative => last year, I won the 1st prize in a slgon competiton in my Uni. My slogon was singled out by the judges as a initiative. 6. Tell me about a time when you had problem with co-worker => When i was work in ybm, my partner and i were charged in another area. But we encountered at same area and again. so it made us confused and work complex. we were angry. We taled about that from reason of that problem and found the reason(someone changed time table and we don't know that) and finished work soon. 7. Tell me about a time when you faced a difficulty => When i was working in cultual exchang program as a TA, We rent a place to performance. But there are no one who knows how to use sound and light system.(he was in vacation) And i couldn't have another place. So, I found how to use myself and cooperate with other staff, We could finish a performance well. --------------------- 예전에 일할때 기억에 남던 일은 무엇인가? It was impressive and I felt happy. . 고객이 화를 내면 어떻게 해결해야 하는가? first of all, apolize about that situation, and ask them what's happens, and try to find a solution, and make them stisfied, If I can't find solution, ask to co-worker or superviors and discuss and slove it. . 매니져와 문제가 생겼을때 어떻게 해결하는가? Firt of all, look my back if i did do something wrong, and talk with manager about that problem enought and respect his/her opinion. . 고용되면 당신은 무엇을 우리(위슬러블랙콤)에게 무엇을 가져올 수 있는가? Highly resposiblility make coustomer happy and come back next year . 일하다가 스트레스가 쌓였을때 어떻게 푸는가? Excersice like soccer of hiking or have a good time with friend . 어떤 모티브를 가지고 일을 하는가? I want to finish my work with high resoposibility. . 팀 워크는 어떤가? I am outgoing person and have a stong responsibility also every my co-workers said like this as well.
